Dispatch time is 1 working day. For example if an item is paid for on Monday, the dispatch day will be Tuesday but if an item is paid for on Friday, Saturday or Sunday the dispatch day will be Monday

Standard day delivery items are normally delivered 3-5 working days after dispatch

Express or Next day delivery item is dispatched on the same day as long as the order is received on a week day before 2pm. Any Next Day or Express orders received after will be processed the next working day. However, depending on the location, Royal Mail may deliver the item a day after

If an item is being held at a Royal mail sorting office, the customer should contact their sorting office themselves giving them the tracking number. However if the item is not at Royal Mail sorting office then the customer should contact us for a refund.
